Learn basic setup, operation and troubleshooting with DASH™ learn, an informative resource for orthopedic surgeons performing navigated total knee or hip joint replacement surgery with the DASH™ Smart Instrument Technology system. Using video tutorials and illustrated how-to guides, DASH learn provides the necessary information for basic operation, as well as resources for assistance with more advanced questions.

The DASH learn app has been designed for physicians and health care professionals, and teaches the basic operation of the DASH surgery system. This app is a tutorial companion to the DASH surgery system and can be used for educational purposes only.

What is the DASH Smart Instrument Technology?

DASH is a portable surgical navigation system designed to assist orthopedic surgeons in performing knee and hip joint replacement procedures with high accuracy. It combines the benefits of traditional surgical navigation into a cost-effective and easy-to-use solution. Central to DASH is the iPod touch that works remotely with the mobile platform and infrared camera to give surgeons accurate and intuitive guidance through each procedure, as well as the ability to make interactive fine-tune adjustments to the surgical instruments.
